Chosen for their expertise in refurbishment, Docherty Roofing & Cladding were instructed to complete the replacement of the existing roof over-clad system.

We removed the existing roof over-clad as this was suffering from severe corrosion and in turn water ingress.

Following the removal, we upgraded the existing insulation and reinstated the over-clad with new 0.7 gauge panels in Goosewing Grey.

The project was then handed over to the principle contractor accompanied by a material warranty servicing 20 years.
