What are your delivery options?
You can choose between two delivery options depending on how quickly you need your order.
Standard delivery takes between 2–4 working days.
Next day delivery is available for pre-orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Thursday.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. The final price depends on your order size and delivery requirements.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within England only.
How long does it take to process my order?
We process all orders within 1–2 working days. Once we process your order, we prepare it for dispatch and arrange delivery.
Will I receive tracking information?
We do not provide traditional tracking links. Instead, we keep you fully updated throughout the process.
You will receive updates when your order is:
- Being processed
- Out for delivery
On the day of delivery, the driver will contact you when they are approximately 20 minutes to 1 hour away.
Please provide a telephone number when placing your order so our delivery drivers can keep you updated on its progress.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
Missed deliveries should not occur. We arrange delivery with you in advance to ensure you are available.
As some deliveries require offloading, we always confirm a suitable time with you beforehand.
