What is your returns policy?

Your return window depends on the type of product you receive.

If we fabricate your item in-house, you must report any issues within 48 hours of delivery. You will sign a delivery note on receipt.

For tools and items that we do not fabricate, you have 14 days to request a return.

What items are eligible for return?

Tools may be returned if they meet the following conditions:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

What items are non-returnable?

All fabricated items are non-returnable.

Only tools are eligible for return, and only if they remain unused and in their original condition.

How will I receive my refund?

We issue refunds to your original payment method.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we approve your return, we process your refund within a few working days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank.

Who pays for return shipping?

You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
