Chosen for their safe working practices and thorough proposal, Docherty Roofing & Cladding were awarded this project by the principal contractor.

We managed multiple contractors in order to complete the design and build extension package, with a bespoke weathering detail connecting to the existing building.

Not without its challenges, this project took careful planning and execution with site safety being at the heart of consideration.

Directly liaising between all trades, this project had a turn around of 6 weeks from the delivery of materials demonstrating our attention to detail under strict conditions.

The Kingspan KS1000 RW panels were installed in Merlin Grey to match the existing and upon completion offered with a 25 year Kingspan Quadcore Assured Manufacturers warranty.
