Contracted by the Principal Contractor, Docherty Roofing & Cladding undertook the roofing scope.

Suffering from sporadic leaks throughout the building, we were instructed by Howdens to over-clad the existing asbestos roof.

Whilst utilizing Ash & Lacy’s AG-40 Spacer bar and bracket system to raise the roof, we also enhanced the insulation values before installing new 0.7 gauge box profile panels.

The design and build system was handed over with a 25 year manufacturers material warranty.
