Being a local landmark, Docherty Roofing & Cladding were extremely pleased to be part of this heritage refurbishment of The Princess Theatre.

The roof renovation was fronted with Kingspan King-Zip standing seam composite panels in Anthracite providing a modern twist to historical building.

The project needed to be carefully considered due to extremely limited access and public right of way.

In addition to this, being directly on the seaside, we experienced bouts of adverse weather where we had to strategically time lifts and installation dates with the crane operator to ensure the programme was met.
