Docherty Roofing & Cladding were contracted by the building owner to supply and install a new Kingspan roof & wall system.

We removed the failing asbestos roof and corroded metal wall panels leaving a blank canvas in preparation for the new composite installation.

We adapted the existing structure by installing new purlins and replacing where necessary.

Once integrity was restored and the superstructure was justified for wind loading, we installed Kingspan KS1000 RW Quadcore Panels in Goosewing Grey.

Offering a modern aesthetic, we contrasted the flashings and rainwater goods in an Anthracite Grey.
