Docherty Roofing & Cladding secured the roof replacement contract from the Principal Contractor.
The works consisted of removing the existing asbestos roof panels and replacing them with a Kingspan KS1000 RW Quadcore system for improved thermal efficiency and to eliminate and further water ingress.
We also incorporated the installation of HD Sharmans Plygene gutter liners to ensure the client benefited from a roof & rainwater goods warranty package serving 25 years.
