Having been awarded the roofing package, Docherty Roofing & Cladding worked under the direction of the Principal Contractor to complete a full replacement of Wickes, Ealing.

We had to incorporate out of hours works for certain elements in order to reduce disruption with customers and ensure a safe environment for operatives and staff.

The store remained operational where we removed the external panel, leaving the built-up substrate in place.

We opted for a 0.7 gauge 32/1000 profile to replace the existing deteriorated sheeting which was supplied in Goosewing Grey.

HD Sharmans Plygene Gutter liner was applied to the perimeter rainwater system allowing us to handover the roof package with a full 25 year warranty for all components.
