Having previously completed remedial works on one of Wise Music’s other buildings, Docherty Roofing & Cladding were approached to transform the roof space of their storage unit.

The building was suffering from a number of leaks with historical repairs evident throughout.

After discussing a variety of options, the client decided the preferred refurbishment method would consist of over-cladding.

Our 25 year guarantee envelope was configured utilising; Ash & Lacy AshGrid, Knauf Factoryclad 40, 32/1000 trapezoidal panel in Goosewing Grey with HD Sharmans Plygene liner being applied to the guttering.
