Custom-Made Flashings, Gutters & Profiles

We offer a full range of made-to-order flashings, gutters, and profile sections tailored specifically to suit your project
requirements. All flashings are available in lengths of up to 3000mm.

To produce these items, we simply require a cross-sectional sketch or drawing that includes the following details:

• Total Length (A)
• Quantity Required
• Overall Girth
• Material Thickness (Gauge)
• Colour Specification
• Which Side is Colour-Coated (marked with an arrow) (B)
• Angles or Bends Required (C & D)
• Finish Type (e.g. plastisol, galvanised, etc.)
• Edge Detail (Welts) – optional (E)

Welts / Hemmed Edges Explained

Flashings can be manufactured either with or without welts — also referred to as hems or safety folds. Hemming involves folding the edge of the metal back onto itself to reinforce the profile, making the edge stiffer and safer to handle. See diagram below for clarification.

Drawings don’t have to be technical or computer generated — a hand sketch on paper, cardboard, or whatever you’ve got nearby will do! Simply snap a photo and send it to our email address – fabs@dracltd.co.uk .
